 The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons – non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.3.1 – In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed through the presentation of pages cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available through text).
  • C.9.1.4.1 – In some cases, color alone is used to identify an element or convey information or function.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The visual presentation of text and images containing text does not always meet the required minimum contrast ratio, except for exceptions allowed by the regulation (e.g., logos).
  • C.9.1.4.4 – Some text, excluding subtitles and images of text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without assistive technology and without loss of content or functionality.
  • C.9.2.2.2 – Some animations, flashing, scrolling, or auto-updating information that starts automatically, lasts more than five seconds, or is presented alongside other content, lack mechanisms to pause or hide them.
  • C.9.2.4.1 – There is no mechanism to skip blocks of content that are repeated across multiple web pages.
  • C.9.2.4.2 – Some web pages do not have titles that describe their topic or purpose.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – On some web pages navigated sequentially where the order affects meaning and functionality, certain elements that should receive focus do not receive it in an order that preserves meaning and operability.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – The purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with adjacent content.
  • C.9.3.1.1 – The language is not defined on some pages.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and script-generated components) do not have correct or set names, roles, states, properties, or values, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that allows assistive technologies to interpret them without needing to move the focus.
